FAIME is a building envelope and finishing contractor. The scopes below are self-performed by our own crews — not brokered out — so we control the schedule and the standard of finish directly.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on our residential projects are delivered by licensed trade partners, coordinated and scheduled by our team as part of the overall contract. FAIME does not hold these trade licences.
Our core trades are painting and EIFS — and we build with the industry-standard materials architects, GCs, and property managers already specify, installed to manufacturer method.
Product names are the trademarks of their respective manufacturers. FAIME installs these materials to specification; brand availability varies by project.
