Yes. These are the documents we send when a general contractor or property manager asks us to prequalify. Certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance letters are issued separately on request, usually the same business day.
Can you complete our vendor prequalification forms?
Yes. Send us your form or portal invitation and we will complete it. We can also provide a CCDC 11 Contractor Qualification Statement on request.
What is your trade scope ceiling?
$2,000,000. We carry $2M commercial general liability with Additional Insured endorsements available, and an active WSIB account under Class G5.

If you are working through a vendor form or portal, send it over and we will complete it — including a CCDC 11 Contractor Qualification Statement on request.
