FAIME crews deliver specialty trade work on the same scale as the GTA's most recognized general contractors — high-rises, commercial build-outs, multi-unit developments, and ICI facilities across the region.
We've built this progression and watched it happen. Every foreman on our crew started somewhere earlier on this chart.

Yes. We require a candidate with real construction estimating or bid coordination experience. Familiarity with GTA commercial projects, tender platforms, and reading scope documents is essential. We are not in a position to train — we need someone who can hit the ground running.
When you prepare and submit a bid for a commercial project and we are awarded that contract, you receive 5% of the total contract value as a bonus. There is no cap — if we win a $300,000 job, you receive $15,000. The bonus applies to commercial projects only, and is paid when the contract is signed.
In-person. You will come to our office during the 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM window, Monday to Friday. You'll need your own computer and phone. Bid platforms and documents are handled digitally, but this is not a work-from-home role.
Within 48 business hours. The owner reviews applications personally. If we're moving forward, you'll receive a direct phone call — not a form email. If not, we'll let you know clearly so you're not left waiting.
If the trial works well for both sides, we sign a longer-term contract on the same structure — same hours, same rate, same bonus. If the pipeline grows and you're performing, we'll discuss expanding the scope and adjusting compensation accordingly. There's no ceiling here.
We work with multiple GTA bid platforms including Biddingo and BidCentral — and we're open to adding more as the pipeline grows. If you've used BuildingConnected, Buildxact, Stack, or similar tools, that's a plus. We'll get you set up on whatever platforms make sense.
