Can you handle standardized suite packages across a full building?+
Yes — that's one of our strengths for residential developers. We build standardized trade packages for suite tile, flooring, painting, and moulding/trim that repeat consistently across your unit stack. Standardized packages mean faster cycle times per suite, tighter cost control, and uniform quality at handover. We can develop the package specifications with you during pre-construction and lock pricing before you break ground.
Do you work under a general contractor or directly with developers?+
Both. We frequently work as a specialty subcontractor under your GC, and we also work directly under developer contracts for specific trade scopes. The arrangement depends on your project delivery model. Either way, we bring the same accountability, documentation, and WSIB compliance — and we integrate with your GC's schedule and site protocols without friction.
How do you handle WSIB compliance documentation for our site?+
We provide WSIB clearance certificates for all workers before mobilization — same day if your GC or site super needs it urgently. All FAIME workers carry active WSIB certification with no exceptions, no gaps for subcontracted labour. If your development has specific insurance or bonding requirements, contact us early so we can align documentation before contract execution.
