The Founder's Story
FAIME Construction starts with Talha Karaboga and a simple conviction: the person quoting your project should have done the work with their own hands.
Talha started in the finishing trades in 2009 — tile, stucco, drywall, paint. Not managing them. Doing them. Years of setting large-format tile, floating drywall to a Level 5 finish, and matching stucco texture until the repair disappears teach you something no project management course can: what good work actually looks like up close, and every shortcut that hides inside a lump-sum quote.
In 2019 he brought that experience to Canada. Two years working in the GTA market — learning the Ontario Building Code, the suppliers, the inspectors, and what Toronto-area clients actually go through when they hire a contractor — before putting his own name on the door.
In March 2021, FAIME Construction Inc. was incorporated with WSIB coverage from day one and a deliberate model: self-managed finishing scopes, licensed trade partners for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, and everything — scope, price, timeline, changes — in writing.
— Talha Karaboga, Owner & President
Today FAIME has delivered more than 100 projects across the Greater Toronto Area — renovations, commercial fit-ups, exterior refinishing, and multi-trade builds — and Talha still walks every site before a number is written down.

Leadership
On the tools since 2009. On every FAIME site since day one. Leads estimating, site supervision, and client communication — one point of contact from first walk to final walkthrough.
Behind him: 6+ active trade crews across the GTA and a bench of licensed specialty partners — a Master Electrician-led electrical team, TSSA-licensed HVAC technicians, and a Licensed Master Plumber — all working under FAIME project management.
Our Values
Everything in Writing
Scope, price, timeline, and every mid-project change — documented before work proceeds. Verbal promises don't build buildings.
Owner on Every Job
You deal with the person whose name is on the company — at the site visit, during the build, and at the walkthrough. No layers, no call centres.
Finish Strong
The last five percent — the caulk lines, the touch-ups, the deficiency list — is where trust is won. The job isn't done until you've signed off on it.
Stay in Our Lanes
We only quote what we execute well. If your project needs a specialist we don't have, we say so at the site visit — and point you to the right one.
