Two Delivery Models
Direct to Owner (GC)
Full project management under a single contract: multi-trade coordination, scheduling, and quality control for homeowners, property managers, commercial clients, and developers. Site-visit-first, everything in writing.
Trade Partner to GCs
Clean, scoped trade packages — tile & flooring, EIFS & exterior, drywall & painting, general repairs — with fast mobilization, unit pricing available through our contractor portal, and professional RFI response.
Self-Performed Core Trades
- Tile & Flooring — ceramic, porcelain, large-format, stone, LVP, backsplashes, shower surrounds
- EIFS & Exterior — full system install and repair, colour/texture matching, reveals, fascia
- Drywall & Painting — hang/tape/mud to Level 3–5, interior and exterior painting, moulding installation
- Doors, Windows & Trim — painting and minor crack repair
- Kitchen & Bath Finishes — waterproofing, tile, drywall, paint and trim (no cabinetry)
- General Repairs — EIFS crack repair, parging, stucco patching, fascia repair, caulking, masonry touch-ups
Licensed Specialty Partners
Electrical work is performed by licensed subcontractors led by a Master Electrician (ESA-compliant). HVAC is handled by TSSA-licensed technicians (HRAI member). Plumbing is delivered by a Licensed Master Plumber. All specialty work runs under FAIME project management with one point of contact.
What We Don't Take On
We quote what we execute well — nothing else. Knowing where our scope ends is part of why our projects finish clean. FAIME does not take on:
- New builds, additions, or structural modifications — including load-bearing wall removal
- Framing or demolition-only contracts — demolition happens only as part of a renovation we're delivering
- Cabinetry and finishing carpentry — we coordinate around your millwork trades, we don't supply them
- Hardwood and engineered flooring installation — tile, stone, and LVP are our lanes
- Permit filing — permits stay in the client's name; we tell you exactly what to request from your municipality
