When you call a FAIME reference, you're speaking directly with a general contractor, developer, or project owner who has had our crews on their site. They can speak to the things a prequalification form can't: whether we hit the schedule we committed to, how closely the finished work matched the written scope, how our crews conducted themselves on a shared site, and how quickly deficiencies were closed out at walkthrough. They can also confirm the paperwork side — WSIB clearance certificates delivered on time, Certificates of Insurance issued before mobilization, and change orders documented in writing before extra work started.

The trade partners below have agreed to be named publicly, so you can look them up and verify our work without going through us first. Direct phone numbers stay off the public page — tell us your project type and trade scope and we'll connect you with the most relevant reference: a GC who ran our tile and flooring crews on a multi-unit interior, a developer who carried us for EIFS and exterior envelope work, or a property manager who used us for suite turnovers and repairs. That way the person you call has actually managed the kind of work you're hiring us for.
