Colour of Painting held the finishes contract on Phase 1 of Friendship Village, a seven-storey, 92,410 sq ft supportive housing building in downtown Kitchener. FAIME Construction Inc. did subcontracting to Colour of Painting on that project, carrying interior painting from the parking level to the top floor — 100 residential units, corridors, stairwells and railings, amenity and common rooms, door frames, walls and ceilings, the parking garage, and identification coating on fire-protection and sprinkler piping.
