Yes. After-hours and weekend work is standard for our commercial projects. We understand that occupied facilities cannot absorb construction disruption during business hours. We schedule around your tenants, staff, and operations — and we bring low-VOC materials and contained work practices so there's minimal odour or dust impact.
Can you provide WSIB documentation before mobilization? +
Yes. We can provide WSIB clearance certificates for all workers prior to mobilization — same day if needed. All FAIME Construction workers are WSIB certified. We carry no subcontractor liability gaps. Your property and your building ownership are fully protected on every project.
Can you phase work around tenant operations? +
Absolutely. Phased execution is how we approach most commercial projects in occupied buildings. We'll define access windows with your facility manager, execute floor by floor or zone by zone, and adjust sequencing as tenant needs evolve. We build schedule flexibility into every commercial scope from day one.
Do you handle multi-location or ongoing commercial programs? +
Yes. We work with clients who manage multiple commercial locations across the GTA and can coordinate simultaneous or rolling work programs across different addresses. If you're looking for a preferred contractor relationship with consistent pricing and service, we're open to that conversation.
What documentation do you provide at project closeout? +
At project closeout you receive: a completion sign-off sheet, punch-list resolution confirmation, workmanship warranty documentation, product data sheets for materials installed, and any maintenance recommendations. Everything your facility manager, property owner, or auditor might require is prepared in advance — not scrambled together after the fact.
