From a single-suite refresh to a multi-unit program, FAIME coordinates the trades, the schedule, and the paperwork under one owner-managed contract — so you deal with one accountable company, not five subcontractors.

Built for
Occupied Spaces.

Commercial renovation isn't just trade work — it's doing trade work while your business keeps running, your tenants stay happy, and your compliance file stays clean. That's the part FAIME is built for.

01

Off-Hours & Phased Scheduling

Evenings, weekends, and section-by-section phasing so your business stays open and your tenants stay undisturbed while the work gets done.

02

Compliance Paperwork Same-Day

WSIB clearance certificates and $2M CGL certificates of insurance — with additional insured endorsements — delivered the same day you ask.

03

Written Scope Before Work Starts

Every project starts with a free site visit and a written scope, schedule, and quote. No verbal estimates, no moving targets.

04

Owner-Managed Communication

One owner who knows your project personally — not a rotating cast of project coordinators. Direct line, direct answers.

05

Licensed Trades, Properly Coordinated

Electrical by ESA-licensed subcontractors led by a Master Electrician, TSSA-licensed HVAC, Licensed Master Plumber — coordinated to OBC standards under one schedule.

06

Clean, Contained Sites

Dust barriers, floor protection, and end-of-shift cleanup every single day. Your customers should never know a renovation is happening.

07

Multi-Trade, One Contract

Drywall, paint, tile, EIFS, doors and finishing under one accountable contract — with licensed mechanical and electrical trades scheduled in, not bolted on.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Yes — that's the default assumption for FAIME commercial work, not the exception. We phase the work section by section, schedule disruptive stages (demolition-adjacent work, sanding, spraying) for evenings or weekends, and put up dust containment so the open part of your space stays presentable. Tell us your hours and we build the schedule around them.
Same-day. WSIB clearance certificates (Class G5 — Specialty Trades Construction) and certificates of insurance for our $2M Commercial General Liability policy, including additional insured endorsements naming your company or landlord, are standard paperwork for us — not a special request.
From a single-suite repaint to multi-unit renovation programs, with a trade scope ceiling of $2,000,000. The sweet spot is multi-trade interior renovation — drywall, paint, tile, flooring, doors and finishing — plus commercial EIFS and exterior coatings. We'll tell you honestly at the site visit if a project isn't a fit.
Permit applications are the client's responsibility — FAIME advises on what your municipality and the Ontario Building Code require, and all work is performed to OBC standards with ESA-licensed electrical and TSSA-licensed HVAC trades. We flag permit requirements during the scope stage so there are no surprises mid-project.
