Most of these buildings carry a development value that covers every trade on site, not FAIME’s scope. Publishing it would overstate our contract, so we show what is ours to claim: project size, units, crew, timeline and our role. Contract values can be discussed directly during prequalification.
Yes. FAIME works directly for property managers and building owners on occupied buildings — suite and common-area painting, EIFS and stucco repair, sealant replacement and full renovations — as well as under general contractors on new construction.
