What Sets Our Electrical Work Apart

Master Electrician on Staff

FAIME partners with licensed electrical subcontractors led by a Master Electrician — the highest level of electrical certification in Ontario. Every job is coordinated by FAIME and signed off by the licensed electrician.

Single Contractor Convenience

FAIME handles electrical alongside renovation, tile, drywall, and finishing trades. One contract, one point of contact, one crew on site. No electrical sub-contractor coordination required — we manage it all.

ESA Compliance

All work performed to Ontario Electrical Safety Authority code. Every job is done to standard — no shortcuts, no grey-area work.

WSIB + $2M CGL Coverage

Active WSIB and full commercial general liability on all electrical scopes. Certificates available on request. You are protected from day one through project completion.

Site-First Estimating

We do not quote electrical off a phone call. Our estimator visits the site, reviews the panel, assesses the scope, and prepares a written proposal that reflects what is actually there. No surprises.

Schedule-Driven Crews

Electrical rough-in aligned with your renovation schedule — so drywall, tile, and finishing can proceed on time. We coordinate internally so your critical path never gets held up waiting on a separate trade.

Electrical FAQ

Permit requirements depend on the scope of work. During the site visit FAIME will clarify what is required for your specific project — permit applications are the client's responsibility.
Yes. In Ontario, electrical work including panel replacements and service upgrades must be performed or directly supervised by a licensed electrician, and all work must be inspected by the ESA. Our licensed electrical subcontractor handles this for every job.
Absolutely — this is one of FAIME's core strengths. We manage electrical alongside tile, drywall, painting, and general contracting under one contract. Electrical rough-in is scheduled to coordinate with framing and drywall, so your project moves without delays from trade coordination.
Yes. We perform commercial electrical including tenant improvements, panel upgrades, 3-phase work, commercial lighting, and multi-unit suite programs. We have experience working within active commercial properties and coordinating with general contractors on larger builds.
We serve the full Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Kitchener, Guelph, and Muskoka.
We aim to schedule a site visit within 48 hours of your first contact and return a written estimate within 48 hours of the visit. Submit an estimate request through the form on our homepage and our team will follow up promptly.
