Plumbing That
Doesn't Leak Later

A leaking pipe inside a wall costs ten times more than a plumber who did it right the first time. A licensed Master Plumber working as FAIME's subcontractor handles rough-in, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, tankless water heaters, fixture installation, sump pumps, backflow prevention, and full commercial scopes. OBC compliant. Written scope, fixed price, WSIB covered.

How this scope is delivered: Plumbing work on FAIME projects is carried out by independent licensed plumbing subcontractors, coordinated and scheduled by our team — taken on as standalone work or as part of a renovation we are already performing — on residential properties and commercial storefronts — not high-rise buildings, schools, or large commercial and institutional projects. FAIME does not hold these trade licences. What we self-perform is the building envelope and finishing scopes: EIFS & stucco, crack repair, flashing & caulking, drywall & painting and tile & flooring.

What Sets Our Plumbing Work Apart

Licensed Master Plumber (Subcontractor)

All plumbing work is performed or directly supervised by a licensed Master Plumber registered with the Ontario College of Trades. This is the highest plumbing certification in Ontario — not a general handyman, not an unlicensed sub. Licensed work on every job.

Integrated with Renovation

FAIME's plumbers work alongside our tile, drywall, electrical, and HVAC crews under one contract. Plumbing rough-in is co-ordinated with framing, waterproofing, and tile layout from day one — so your bathroom renovation moves without delays from disconnected trades.

Code Compliance

All work performed to the Ontario Plumbing Code (OBC Division B). Permit requirements depend on scope — we advise on what is required during the site visit. No shortcuts, no grey-area work.

WSIB + $2M CGL Coverage

Active WSIB and full commercial general liability on all plumbing scopes. Clearance certificates and additional insured endorsements available on request. You are protected from day one through project completion.

Site-First Estimating

We do not quote plumbing off a phone call. Our licensed plumber visits the site, reviews existing supply and drain conditions, and prepares a written itemized proposal that reflects the actual scope. No surprise change orders.

Schedule-Driven Crews

Plumbing rough-in is a critical path milestone on every renovation. Our crews hit their dates so tile, waterproofing, and drywall can follow on schedule. We track milestones, communicate daily, and keep your project moving without mechanical delays.

Plumbing FAQ

Yes. All plumbing work is performed or directly supervised by a licensed plumber registered with the Ontario College of Trades. In Ontario, licensed journeyman and master plumbers are required to perform and oversee plumbing installations. Our plumbing subcontractors hold the appropriate Ontario licences for the work they perform; FAIME itself does not hold a plumbing licence.
Absolutely — this is one of FAIME's core strengths. Our licensed plumbing subcontractors work under the same FAIME contract as our own tile and drywall crews. Plumbing rough-in is co-ordinated with framing, waterproofing membrane and tile layout from day one. One point of contact, one schedule — you are not the one managing the trades.
Yes. We install both tank and tankless (on-demand) water heaters — gas and electric. Tankless installations include gas line sizing, venting, and electrical connection (co-ordinated with our ESA-licensed electrical subcontractor). We help you select the right unit based on your household demand and existing infrastructure.
Yes. We install main sewer backwater valves for flood protection — particularly important for basements in Toronto and the GTA. Many municipalities offer a subsidy program for backwater valve installation — ask our team about eligibility when you request your estimate.
Yes, on commercial storefronts — retail units and restaurants — including fit-out scopes, restaurant kitchens and storefront washrooms. We do not take on high-rise buildings, schools, or large commercial and institutional projects. The work is delivered by licensed plumbing subcontractors we coordinate.
We serve the full Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Kitchener, Guelph, and Muskoka.
