A leaking pipe inside a wall costs ten times more than a plumber who did it right the first time. A licensed Master Plumber working as FAIME's subcontractor handles rough-in, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, tankless water heaters, fixture installation, sump pumps, backflow prevention, and full commercial scopes. OBC compliant. Written scope, fixed price, WSIB covered.
How this scope is delivered: Plumbing work on FAIME projects is carried out by independent licensed plumbing subcontractors, coordinated and scheduled by our team — taken on as standalone work or as part of a renovation we are already performing — on residential properties and commercial storefronts — not high-rise buildings, schools, or large commercial and institutional projects. FAIME does not hold these trade licences. What we self-perform is the building envelope and finishing scopes: EIFS & stucco, crack repair, flashing & caulking, drywall & painting and tile & flooring.

From renovation rough-in to fixture installation and commercial tenant plumbing — FAIME's licensed plumbing subcontractors handle the complete water supply, drain, waste, and vent scope. Co-ordinated with our tile, drywall, and renovation crews from day one.
Houses, townhomes and secondary suites across the GTA — not high-rise or multi-unit developments.
Retail storefronts, restaurants, and small commercial units across the GTA — not high-rise, institutional, or large commercial buildings.
All plumbing work is performed or directly supervised by a licensed Master Plumber registered with the Ontario College of Trades. This is the highest plumbing certification in Ontario — not a general handyman, not an unlicensed sub. Licensed work on every job.
FAIME's plumbers work alongside our tile, drywall, electrical, and HVAC crews under one contract. Plumbing rough-in is co-ordinated with framing, waterproofing, and tile layout from day one — so your bathroom renovation moves without delays from disconnected trades.
All work performed to the Ontario Plumbing Code (OBC Division B). Permit requirements depend on scope — we advise on what is required during the site visit. No shortcuts, no grey-area work.
Active WSIB and full commercial general liability on all plumbing scopes. Clearance certificates and additional insured endorsements available on request. You are protected from day one through project completion.
We do not quote plumbing off a phone call. Our licensed plumber visits the site, reviews existing supply and drain conditions, and prepares a written itemized proposal that reflects the actual scope. No surprise change orders.
Plumbing rough-in is a critical path milestone on every renovation. Our crews hit their dates so tile, waterproofing, and drywall can follow on schedule. We track milestones, communicate daily, and keep your project moving without mechanical delays.
Delivered by a licensed, insured Master Plumber subcontracted by FAIME. Integrated with your renovation or standalone. One call gets you a site visit, a written scope, and a licensed crew that handles everything from rough-in to final inspection.
