Painting — Vaughan

Painting Contractor
in Vaughan

FAIME paints commercial buildings, rental and condo buildings and homes in Vaughan with its own crews. On an exterior, the cracks, open joints and failed caulking get fixed before any colour goes on, so the new paint is not hiding a problem that comes back next season.

Commercial Repaints
Occupied buildings painted around the tenant.
House Exteriors
Brick, stucco, siding, trim, railings and gutters.
Interiors
Walls, ceilings, doors and trim, with furniture and floors protected.
Metals & Stairs

A Vaughan Repaint,
Start to Finish

An occupied commercial building in Vaughan, with FAIME as general contractor. The site was covered and scaffolded, stucco and brick repaired, sealants and caulking replaced, and roof metals, plaza doors, railings, stairs and dock doors painted. Then the whole building got two full coats of Benjamin Moore 1602, taking it from faded cream to deep grey. It took 7 to 10 working days, and the tenant stayed open.

Paint Is the
Last Coat, Not the First

01

Site Visit and Colour Plan

We walk the property, note what needs repair and agree the colours. On a house we can mark up elevations so you see the plan before the first coat.

02

Protect Everything Else

Walkways, paving, windows, entrances and floors are covered and masked before any prep starts.

03

Repair and Seal First

Cracked stucco, open brick joints and failed caulking are fixed before painting, so the new finish does not fail along the same lines.

04

Clean, Sand and Prime

Chalky, peeling and glossy surfaces are prepared and primed to suit the substrate and the product.

05

Two Full Coats

Finish coats applied to the manufacturer's data sheet, with Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams or Dulux products as specified.

06

Walkthrough and Warranty

We walk it with you, fix the deficiency list, and hand over a 2-year workmanship warranty certificate.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Both. Our largest Vaughan job is a commercial building, and we also paint house exteriors and interiors in Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg and Thornhill. Every job starts with a free site visit and an itemized written quote.
Yes. Both need the right preparation and a coating suited to masonry. On an Etobicoke bungalow we painted the red brick white in one week, and on the Vaughan commercial building the stucco was repaired and given a Venetian finish before two full coats. Cracks and failed joints are fixed before any paint goes on.
Exterior coatings need dry weather and temperatures inside the range on the product's data sheet, during application and while the paint cures. In the GTA that usually means late spring to mid-fall. Interior painting runs all year.
Yes. On our Vaughan project the tenant stayed open for the whole 7 to 10 working days. Entrances stay usable, routes stay clear, and the dust and overspray stay on our side of the tape.
Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams and Dulux, or whatever your specification or colour choice calls for. The Vaughan building was finished in Benjamin Moore 1602. We are not an approved applicator for any brand.

Pick the Colour. We Do the Rest.

Send photos of the building or the rooms, and we’ll visit, note the repairs the paint needs first, and give you a written scope with a firm price before anything starts.
