More Than Cars
Cars & Coffee events have a reputation for bringing out car enthusiasts — and they do. But what many people don't realize is how many professionals from the construction, trades, and development industries show up at these meets. Property managers, GC owners, developers, and tradespeople all find their way to these Sunday morning gatherings across the GTA.
This Sunday at IHL Vaughan Plaza was no different. The atmosphere was relaxed, the conversations were genuine, and the connections made were real. When you meet someone over a coffee and a shared interest, the conversation flows naturally into business — not in a pushy way, but in the organic way that good working relationships actually start.
Why FAIME Shows Up
FAIME Construction was established in 2021, building on 15+ years of trade experience. The work we've built over that time — the referrals, the repeat clients, the GC partnerships — didn't come from ad campaigns. It came from being present. Showing up at events like this, being part of the community, and letting people get to know the person behind the company before they need a contractor.
"The majority of our new work comes from referrals. That's the number we're proudest of."
— Talha Karaboga, OwnerSunday's event reinforced that approach. Great connections were made with people across different sectors of the industry — people who now know FAIME by name, understand what we specialize in, and know who to call when a specialty trades job comes up in Vaughan, North York, or anywhere across the GTA.
The FAIME Difference at Industry Events
We're not at these events to hand out business cards and move on. We're there because we believe the GTA construction community is built on trust — and trust starts with familiarity. When a general contractor needs a reliable tile crew or a licensed electrician for a multi-unit build, they call someone they know. Events like Cars & Coffee are how that "knowing" happens.
FAIME specializes in:
- Tile & flooring — residential and commercial
- EIFS & exterior systems — full installation and repair
- Electrical — ESA-licensed electrical, ESA licensed
- HVAC — TSSA-licensed technicians
- Plumbing — performed by a Licensed Master Plumber
- Drywall, painting, kitchen & bath renovations, full renovations
All services are WSIB-covered, $2M CGL insured, and delivered by our own crews — no subcontractor chains.
