Real Walls, Real Results

Grab the slider and drag it side to side. These are photographs from our own jobs, shot from the same angle before and after — nothing staged, nothing generated.

The Problems We Get Called For

Most exterior calls in the GTA come down to one of these. Which one you have changes the repair — and that is exactly what the site visit settles.

Cracking

Hairline map cracking, diagonal cracks off window corners, and cracks that open along a control joint. The pattern tells you whether it is a finish-coat issue or something moving behind the wall.

Hollow & delaminating areas

Sections that sound hollow when tapped, or where the finish has separated from the base coat. These get cut back to sound material rather than skimmed over.

Water damage & staining

Streaking below sills, dark patches after rain, or soft spots. We look for where water is getting in — a repair that ignores the entry point fails again in a season.

Impact & edge damage

Corner damage, blown-out reveals, and edges chipped by ladders, vehicles or snow removal. Rebuilt with mesh and base coat so the corner holds up next time.

Colour & texture matching

A patch that reads as a patch is a failed repair. We match texture and tint on site, and where a match isn't achievable we tell you that before starting, not after.

Full elevation refinish

When patch repairs would leave a checkerboard, refinishing the whole elevation is cheaper over the life of the wall and looks like one building again.

Five Steps, No Surprises

You know the scope, the inclusions and the exclusions before any money changes hands.

1 · Site Visit

We come out and look at the actual wall. Free, and there is no obligation attached to it.

2 · Written Quote

Itemized scope, what's included, what isn't, and the timeline — in writing.

3 · Scheduling

Dates confirmed around weather and your access. Exterior coatings need the right conditions.

4 · The Work

Crews of one to ten depending on scope. Site protected and cleaned at the end of each day.

5 · Walkthrough

We walk the wall with you before calling it done. Backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty.

Covered, Compliant, Accountable

Exterior work goes wrong quietly and expensively. These are the things worth checking on any contractor you let near your building.

Insured & WSIB Active

$2M commercial general liability with additional-insured endorsements available, and active WSIB coverage under Class G5. Documentation comes with your quote.

2-Year Workmanship Warranty

Our labour is warrantied for two years. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of that.

Materials We Stand Behind

We buy and install Durabond and Sto for stucco and EIFS, and Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore and Dulux for paint. We specify what goes on your wall in the quote.

Before You Book

Can you give me a price over the phone?

No — and you should be careful with anyone who does. Two walls with identical-looking cracks can need completely different repairs depending on what is behind them. The site visit is free precisely so the number you get is one we can stand behind.

Will the repair match the rest of my wall?

Matching texture and tint on site is a normal part of the job. Where an exact match isn't realistic — heavily weathered or discontinued finishes, for example — we tell you before starting and set out the options, which sometimes means refinishing a full elevation instead.

How soon can you come out?

We reply within one business day, usually sooner. Exterior coating work is weather-dependent, so scheduling the work itself is planned around temperature and rain.

Which areas do you cover?

Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga and Brampton, plus Kitchener, Guelph and Muskoka for larger scopes.

Do I need a permit?

Repair and refinishing work of this kind generally does not. Where a permit is required, applications are the property owner's responsibility — we advise on what's needed but do not file on your behalf.
